Rates and conditions change often. A figure we checked before publishing may have moved since, or we may have transcribed it wrongly. If you find something incorrect, please tell us.
What to Tell Us
These three things make the check quick.
- The address or title of the article
- Which sentence or which figure is wrong
- The correct value and its basis (a disclosure screen, a product page address, and so on)
If the basis is hard to find, telling us which part looks wrong is enough. We will check the original source again.

How We Handle It
What we receive is checked against the original source. Where the point is confirmed, we correct the text and note at the foot of the article what was changed and when. A correction that changes an amount is checked through the other articles it touches.
Where the check shows the existing content to be correct, we reply with the basis.
For Financial Institutions
If product information is inaccurate, or the way it is presented needs adjusting, please write to the same address. We will check the disclosure material again and reflect it.
Where MoneyTip takes its material from and the basis on which it calculates are set out in sources.
